Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferred, and at least 3 years of information technology experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversees IT project management, including facilitating internal IT meetings, tracking action items, and managing team working hours.
- Provides excellent technical support with seamless communication, collaboration, and quick response times to employee needs.
- Manages the Jira ticketing system with strong follow-through and proactive prevention measures.
- Expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft SharePoint functionalities and features.
- Skilled in device setup and deployment for both Macs and PCs, including MDM implementation and data security measures.
- Conducts onboarding meetings, proficiency check-ins, and regular device health checks.
- Manages and maintains IT device inventory.
- Develops procedures and tools for ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT department.
- Supports computer system validation efforts, including audit preparation and participation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates proactivity, initiative, and a commitment to high quality services.
- Stays current with new technologies and advancements to enhance IT operations.
